Your purchase will be discreetly packaged and shipped in a plain box or padded envelope to ensure your privacy. The contents of the package are NEVER mentioned on the exterior package. Rest assured no one will suspect what pleasures await.
Orders received Mon-Fri by 5 pm EST, will be shipped out within 1-2 business days (business days are Mon-Fri). Orders received on Sat or Sun, will be shipped out Mon or Tues.
If an item on your order is out of stock, we will custom order the item from the manufacturer/supplier and notify you by e-mail or phone when we expect your item(s) to arrive.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding the following major holidays; New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Day After New Years, Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday, Washington's Birthday (President's Day), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the Day after Christmas.
Methods of Shipping
All our products are shipped primarily via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail ensuring delivery within 2-7 days of shipment within the United States. We also use United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express on occasion. Expedited shipping options and insurance options are available for an additional fee. Our products ship from various states within the United States depending on the items ordered. If you order multiple items, your items may be shipped separately from different locations.
We ship to addresses within the United States (except New Jersey), Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and more.
International Orders: We cannot take responsibility for any import duties imposed by your own country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.
We offer FREE Standard Ground shipping on all orders over $69 within the United States.

We recommend orders to these countries be shipped via Priority Mail Express International. Note: The Express guarantee has been suspended.
Express Shipping Options
You may choose to have your order shipped Priority 2-3 Day or Express 1-2 Day for an additional charge. We strive to ship all express orders within 1 business day. Orders placed by 1 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday through Friday are often processed on the same business day and scheduled for shipping. For orders placed after this time they will be shipped the next business day. The package should arrive in three business days, two business days, or one business day, respectively, beginning with the first business day after your order is shipped. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days. Some shipments to remote locations may require additional time in transit. We are NOT responsible for delays by the shipping carrier due to inclement weather, natural disaster, or catastrophe, and all shipments are subject to the applicable shipping carrier's own shipping policies.
Priority Mail Express International – Covid 19 UPDATE
Due to airline travel restrictions and cancellations, the U.S. Postal Service has temporarily suspended the guarantee on Priority Mail Express International to the following destinations: Australia, Canada, France, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
For most packages valued under $500, a signature will not be required upon delivery. However, the carrier reserves the right to require a signature or not require a signature at the time of delivery regardless of their standard service policies.
To insure the safety of your package, a signature is required on all Express mail packages and all standard delivery shipments valued over $500. Please have a designated recipient on-site to sign for the delivery.
WAIVER OF SIGNATURE - You may choose to Waive the Signature for Delivery by requesting your package be left without a signature in the comments field when placing your order. Please be advised, a waiver of signature will void any claims for loss of the package.
Tracking Your Package:
All packages shipped within the United States are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. Once your package(s) has shipped we will email you a tracking number. Your package(s) can then be easily tracked on either the United States Postal Service (USPS) Tracking page, the United Parcel Service (UPS) Tracking page or the Federal Express page, depending on the carrier used to ship your order. International packages maybe limited to tracking within the United States only.
Once an order is given to the carrier the item(s) becomes that carrier's responsibility and we are no longer liable. You assume full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. We are NOT responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged while in transit to a destination. We will NOT be able to refund, reimburse or resend packages that are lost, stolen or damaged. We strongly suggest shipping your items insured mail to ensure recourse for lost or damaged packages. If you selected the insured shipping option and your package is lost, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to make a claim for the package.
Order Returned Due To Undeliverable Address, Failure To Pay Customs Or Pick Up
If we made an error in printing your shipping address, we will reship the order to you with no further cost to you. If you have provided us with the wrong shipping address or one that is not deliverable by our shipping carrier or you refuse to pay customs fees or arrange to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will require you to pay to have your order reshipped once we receive it back in addition to any shipping charges we incur due to your failure to ensure your package arrives at its destination after we have shipped it.
We require a deliverable postal address. If you give us an address that our mail carrier can not deliver to, you will be responsible for us reshipping your order once we receive it back.
If your order is returned to us or unclaimed and it is no fault of our own, we will issue you a store credit for the purchase price of the products, less a 30% re-stocking fee and minus shipping charges as we would have already paid those by having shipped it the first time.
